Self-Awareness

When you are in tune with your emotions, motivations, blind spots, and hot buttons - you are much more likely to succeed as a leader. Successful leaders recognize the tone they are setting transfers to their team.

Drive and competence can enable you to be successful for a while but, that success is not sustainable if you aren’t aware of how you are impacting your people.
